Our highly established and rapidly growing real estate client, based in the beautiful and historical town of Market Harborough, a stone’s throw from Corby is looking for dynamic and determined Client Accountant to join their cosy yet progressive accounts function. This is a fantastic role for a progressive Accounts Assistant to take a step up into and have more stakeholder involvement, or an experienced Client Accountant to enjoy working with an incredible business for the long term in a steady, involving role.

No two days will ever look the same in this role. You will be supporting the transactional function with processing over ledgers for a client’s portfolio, relating to charges such as rent, insurance, utilities and service charg.

 

Skills Required

  • Be a confident communicator, as you will be chasing payment and managing relationships is a large aspect of the role.
  • Be familiar with property accounting principles, client monies, rent and service charge.
  • Have previous experience reporting on and reconciling statements.
  • Have a passion for property and be looking to grow with the business.
